What is a Sponsor Advisor?

A Sponsor Advisor is a firm approved to bring companies to market and support them once listed. The Sponsor Advisor assesses whether a company is suitable to list, helps prepare the business and its documentation, confirms it meets the exchange's Listing Rules, and acts as the ongoing point of contact between the issuer and the exchange — guiding the company through its continuing obligations.
