Create relationships to launch new issues.
Investors want good products with good potential returns or steady income. We service companies that build relationships through honesty, integrity and transparency with our investors.
We spent years in private debt, developing technology to create liquidity for investors despite increasing regulatory challenges. Recognising the ongoing demand for fixed-income products, we launched ASMX Pro to address access to capital for sub-$300 million companies and connect investors with these opportunities.
Today, we extend these solutions beyond debt to include equities and digital securities — and we are building a worldwide network of qualifying investors to access those opportunities.
Investing has grown impersonal as companies become larger and more distant. We aim to change that for smaller listed companies.
We believe in fostering a community of investors who are passionate about a company's mission or loyal to its products.
…think of us as the connection between issuers and the investors who believe in them.

Communications are key. As investors we all want to know that those with whom we deal are transparent. In working with listed companies we know that the checks and balances are there.
Although we service a wide variety on the exchange, our focus is on innovation and tech. We aim to bring companies on board who are at the forefront of technical solutions to real-world problems.
With over £70 million in private market debt projects funded online and experience creating liquidity through private secondary trading, we recognised the need to bring that same efficiency and investor expertise to the listed markets — specifically for underserved companies in the £20m–£300m market-cap bracket. ASMX Pro was born from a passion to make listing on stock exchanges exciting, accessible, and cost-effective once again, and — more importantly — genuinely accessible to investors.

With experience of facilitating over 100 companies on exchanges throughout my career, I've seen how the process can get caught up in a lack of liquidity and frustrations for both investors and issuers. That's why we created ASMX Pro — to distil our expertise into a powerful platform that simplifies not just the listing process but also the ongoing journey of staying listed and thriving in the capital markets, and the corresponding financial benefits this can bring to investors.
