This cookie policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on our website www.asmx.pro. It sets out what we store on your device, why we store it, how long it lasts and how you can control it.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

ASMX Pro (Seychelles) Ltd is a company incorporated in the Seychelles, whose Company Registration No. is 8431951-1 and whose registered office is F20, 1st Floor, Eden Plaza, Eden Island, Seychelles.

This cookie policy applies only to our website at www.asmx.pro. The trading platform at invest.asmx.pro is a separate service and is not covered by this cookie policy.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit it. The cookie is sent back to the website on each later request, which allows the website to recognise your device or to remember information about your visit.

Websites can also keep small amounts of information in your browser without using a cookie. The two similar technologies we use are:

• Local storage — information kept in your browser for our website that remains there until it is cleared.
• Session storage — information kept in your browser for our website only for as long as the browser tab stays open. It is cleared when the tab is closed.

Unlike cookies, information held in local storage and session storage is not sent to us automatically with each page request.

3. Cookies we use

We do not set any cookies for ordinary visitors to our website. We do not use advertising, marketing or functional cookies on our website.

To show you the content and eligibility notices appropriate to your region, our server determines your region from the country of your IP address each time a page is requested. Nothing is stored on your device for this purpose.

The only cookie our website can set is the following:

• asmx_geo_override (testing) — set only for our own staff when they are testing regional versions of the website. It is a signed cookie that cannot be read by scripts on the page, and it lasts for 24 hours. Ordinary visitors do not receive it.

4. Local storage and session storage we use

We keep the following items in your browser:

• asmx_consent (local storage) — records the choice you made in our consent prompt ("Reject all" or "Accept all"), the version of the prompt you answered and the date and time of your choice, so that the prompt is not shown to you again and so that we know whether you have consented to analytics. Your choice lasts for 6 months, after which we ask you again. It also ends if you change your choice, if we change the prompt and ask you again, or if you clear your browser's site data for our website. If you made a choice on our earlier cookie banner, it was stored as asmx_cookie; we no longer rely on that earlier choice and ask you again, and asmx_cookie is deleted when you make your new choice.
• asmx_classified (session storage) — remembers that you have confirmed your investor classification for your region, so that you are not asked on every page. It is cleared when the tab is closed.
• asmx_us_ack (session storage) — if you visit from a region where our services are not available, remembers that you have dismissed the notice telling you so. It is cleared when the tab is closed.

5. Our consent prompt

Until you make a choice, we show a consent prompt on every page of our website, before any regional notice or investor classification step. It explains what is strictly necessary and what we would use only with your consent, and offers two options of equal size and prominence: "Accept all" and "Reject all". Nothing optional is pre-selected. Closing the page or following a link without choosing is not treated as consent; the prompt is shown again on the next page. Your choice is stored in your browser as described in section 4.

If you choose "Accept all", the analytics service described in section 6 is loaded. If you choose "Reject all", or if you make no choice, it is not loaded. If your browser does not allow our website to store information, we cannot remember your choice: the prompt is shown on every page and your choice applies only to the page on which you make it.

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or the Cookie settings control below, which shows the prompt again. If you change from "Accept all" to "Reject all", nothing further is sent from that moment and the page is reloaded so that the analytics script is removed. If we change what the prompt covers, we will ask you again.

Consent record: consent version 2026-10-01. Your choice, the consent version and the date and time you made it are stored in your browser (asmx_consent, see section 4), not on our servers. A choice expires after 6 months and you are then asked again.

Cookie settings

6. Analytics

With your consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics for website usage statistics, to understand how our website is used. It is provided by Vercel Inc., acting as our processor. It runs only if you have chosen "Accept all" in our consent prompt. If you have chosen "Reject all", or have not made a choice, the service is not loaded and nothing is recorded by it. According to Vercel, this service does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device.

For each page view or recorded click, the service receives the page address (without any query string), the referring page, your browser, operating system, device type and approximate location (derived from your IP address). Vercel identifies a visit with an identifier that it discards within 24 hours. This data is processed by Vercel outside the Seychelles.

Where it runs, it records page views, clicks on certain links and buttons, and the successful submission of our application and account-claim forms. Page addresses are recorded without their query strings. For those clicks we record the path of the page on which the click took place; for links to our trading platform we also record the label of the link and, for links in our navigation menu, the page the link leads to.

7. Third-party services

The following third-party service is used to deliver our website. It does not set cookies through our website, but it receives your IP address when our pages load:

• Vercel — our hosting provider, which serves our pages and provides the analytics service described in section 6 where you have consented to it.

The fonts used on our website are served from our own website, so no font provider receives your IP address.

8. Links to other websites

Our website contains links to other websites and services, including the trading platform at invest.asmx.pro, WhatsApp, YouTube, the Seychelles Financial Services Authority and documents hosted externally. This cookie policy does not apply to those websites and services. Their use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

9. How to manage cookies and stored information

You can change your analytics choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page or the Cookie settings control in section 5. You can also control and delete cookies and other site data through your browser settings.

• Choosing "Reject all" means the analytics service is not loaded. Your choice is remembered for 6 months, or until you change it or clear your browser's site data for our website.
• Clearing cookies and site data for our website resets your consent choice and your investor classification, so you will be asked for them again.
• Blocking cookies does not change the content you are shown. Your region is determined on our server from the country of your IP address, and nothing is stored on your device for that purpose.

10. Changes to this cookie policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use, legal requirements or for other operational reasons. The latest version will always be available on our website and the "last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
