ASMX Pro is a regulated trading platform in Seychelles, connected to MERJ Exchange, designed to support primary and secondary listings of securities for global issuers and investors.

2. What type of companies do you list?

We are industry agnostic, meaning any sector is welcome. However, we particularly like technology companies, resources companies, and businesses with strong high-growth potential.

3. Where is ASMX Pro regulated?

ASMX Pro operates under the supervision of the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) and is a trading member of MERJ Exchange, which is a “designated exchange.”

4. How is ASMX Pro different from other platforms?

Unlike many fintech platforms, ASMX Pro connects directly into a regulated exchange backbone, ensuring immediate settlement, global access, and compliance with international securities laws.

5. How do I list my company on ASMX Pro?

You need to work with a sponsor (approved advisor) who will guide you through the listing process, regulatory requirements, and investor engagement.

6. Do you accept both private and public companies?

Yes. we can work with Private companies can raise fresh capital, however this is conditional on a listing for the company. We primarily raise funds for listed companies and can also create cross listings and secondary listing from other exchanges.

8. What documents do issuers need to provide?

9. Who can invest on ASMX Pro?

Only professional, sophisticated, or high-net-worth investors and thsoe with suitable experience may invest, subject to suitability assessments and KYC/AML checks.

10. How do I open an account?

Register online, complete KYC, agree to risk disclosures, and classify your investor status. Once approved, you’ll gain access to opportunities.

11. What risks should I be aware of?

Investing involves risks such as market volatility, liquidity risk, credit risk, and digital asset risk. Please review our full risk disclosures before investing.

12. What is a sponsor?

A sponsor is an approved advisor who supports issuers in the listing process, ensuring compliance and providing investor confidence.

13. How does a sponsor get approved?

Sponsors apply through our sponsor registration portal and must meet professional and regulatory criteria.

14. What role does the sponsor play after listing?

Sponsors maintain ongoing engagement with issuers, ensuring compliance, supporting corporate actions, and facilitating communication with investors.

15. How does the ASMX Pro auction system work?

Our dynamic auction system recalculates clearing prices continuously as bids are made, ensuring fair price discovery. Unlike static sealed bids, the system adapts until the close of the auction.

16. What makes ASMX Pro’s technology unique?

We use Exlayr, our proprietary technology layer, which integrates AI-driven insights, tokenisation, instant settlement, and multi-exchange connectivity.

17. What is the Communities feature?

Communities allow investors and issuers to interact in geo-fenced, compliance-controlled spaces. AI analyses sentiment and discussions to provide risk management insights.

18. What investor protections are in place?

We require KYC/AML checks, investor classification, and strict adherence to international securities rules.

19. Are retail investors allowed?

ASMX Pro is limited to professional, sophisticated, or high-net-worth investors in line with Seychelles FSA standards. Retail investors that have suitable experience, knowledge and risk tolerance may also be accepted, but a suitability test is required for all potential investors. Investors who are outside of these categories are 'Restricted Investors' and we are unable to offer our services to those investors.

20. How do you handle risk disclosures?

We publish detailed risk disclosures covering market, liquidity, and digital asset risks. Investors must acknowledge these before investing.

21. How does ASMX Pro handle international rules?

Our platform includes geo-fencing and jurisdiction-specific disclaimers, excluded countries ensuring compliance across regions. Our platform is for Seychellois investors and those jurisdiction where we are authorised to operate.
